What we collect

When you request a Complaint Snapshot or subscribe to The Complaint Benchmark, we collect the work email and company name you enter, plus basic technical data sent by your browser (page, referrer, country, browser type) and the time of the request.

Why we use it

Only to deliver what you asked for: your snapshot, the newsletter if you subscribed, and replies to your messages. We do not sell or share your information.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in the United States or wherever Cloudflare processes data.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask us to access or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Complaint data

Our analyses use the public CFPB Consumer Complaint Database. Tellbird is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the CFPB.
